Crystal clear CCTV images and impressive service

Just an email regarding the service last week with the install here at Lace Market Studios, superb! I was talking with the engineer about the fact the images are so crystal clear and not the grainy images seen elsewhere.

Seriously impressed with the service

Thanks so much to the team for answering my million questions before hand, I must have driven you all crazy. But each person who has helped me has done so in a warm professional manner. The warehouses and construction sites we operate from have a lot of valuable machinery left on site in the evenings. Its good to know we are in safe hands and any intrusion or call for concern is picked up right away by the monitoring team.

Quality cameras and installation

Already used Safesite for my temp noise barriers so knew they were a reliable company, improved tenfold by the fact the install team were on time, polite and got on with the job in hand. The took time to show me how it all worked. And left only when I was completely satisfied. The cameras are great quality.

Perfect for my needs

Perfect for my needs, this is going on for a long hire and have not caused me any issues. The whole process has been smooth. It eradicated my need for manned guard(s) I still use one for my own peach of mind, but my site Is quite big, but I can also see what he’s up to when the site is empty. I like the fact I have control and I can see what’s going on at any time.

No fuss install and quality product

Accommodating company, met with me at my office and then again, my site to help set locations. Delivery and install of the cameras were no fuss. On time, knowledgeable staff. We had a slight issue (our fault) and Billy stayed there with us to help us fix our problem. He remained professional and was very helpful. Camera quality 5 stars.

Quality camera and great service

Extremely happy with the service Safesite provided. Their representatives came at met me on my site then advised me on locations of cameras and how many I’d need. They were not pushy with their sales and let me go my own pace. The quality of the camera system is just incredible, not like the home style systems I’ve seen in the past. I am reassured my site is safe when we’re not present.
