Chapter 8 Gate Barrier – Green, Yellow & Red

The Gate Barrier is one of the most popular blow moulded barriers on the market. A high quality, cost effective solution, it meets the standards required for a Chapter 8 street works barrier. Barrier to barrier connection is quick and easy to use on uneven ground.

Each Chapter 8 Gate Barrier from SafeSite Facilities has a height of 1000mm, with a depth of 50mm and a width of 2000mm. It weighs 11.2kg and is MIRAS wind tested to 58mph.

Installation

Free standing with 360º swivel feet, each barrier uses a hook and eye to connect to other barriers and is free from screws and rivets. The Gate Barrier can be pivoted at the connection pin to navigate tight corners, something that is very beneficial when creating pedestrian walkways or making small square compounds for minor street-works.
