What are the benefits of Centipede II Barrier?
The Centipede Barrier’s angular radial design is streamlined, innovative and symmetrical, adding a modern touch to any event. The segmented, retractable body allows fast, effortless, repositioning with simple easy storage capabilities. The barrier adds a professional yet interesting addition, for crowd control and area cordoning requirements.
The Centipede II Barrier is made from aluminium and so is sturdy, robust and rust resistant. Unlike some rival products, the Centipede Barrier is manufactured with rubber wheels to avoid scrapes and scratches on internal floors.
The colours of the Centipede Barriers are customisable, powder coated and able to match with any RAL colour chart provided*. The colours we have in stock are yellow and red – both options can be deployed today.
What is the Centipede Barrier used for?
Expandable barriers such as this, are very popular with event organisers and managers of large hospitality venues, shopping malls, transportation hubs or sites (e.g. bus depot or airports). The high, robust structure creates and instant barrier, obscuring the view behind and physically blocking access. The occasions when you need to quickly direct large volumes of pedestrians through specific walkways are perfect for this system. Multiple barriers can be locked together, which means that these are especially good for large spaces or expansive openings.

Interesting Product.
Very good, unusual product haven’t seen these before, but I really like them. Dispatch time was fast. Surprisingly sturdy. Would use again!
Really good value for money
Hassle free, really good value for money. I couldn't have asked for more knowledgeable staff. They really listened to my needs when I really wasn't too sure what I was looking for. The centipede barrier folds up small which is great for me as I can take it with me from job to job, I can just pop it in the back off my van alongside my other materials. It takes up no room at all.

Very sturdy but good to fold away
I bought 2 x of these to create some distance from the audience with PA equipment on a small stage and a barrier between the audience and sound desk. Very sturdy and totally did the job, able to fold away when not in use - result! Delivered on time as promised.
Stocky barrier
Quite a stocky barrier, was quite surprised how sturdy it is. We ordered ours in grey to match our branding and it looks very consecutive. We ordered three and couldn't be more pleased. Rubber wheels grip to the floor but do not mark. Great product, thanks.
Much better than the barriers we already had
Did the job, the retractable design is so much better than the barriers we already had. The one we had was old and clunky. This centipede barrier is stand alone brilliance. Its really easy to move to follow our operatives on to the next phase of our project, no more fiddling around with spanners just pull to desired length. Leagues ahead of other barriers on the market. This is my first time using Safesite, but it wont be the last. Thanks to live chat operator for all your help!
