Manta Lite Barriers

Manta Lite is an evolution of the original barrier system, engineered for easier handling and faster installation.
Its lightweight construction reduces strain on site teams, enhancing both safety and efficiency during setup and relocation.

Offering a practical, cost-effective alternative to water-filled barriers, Manta Lite enables rapid deployment in areas where crash-tested protection is not required.

Manufactured in the UK from recyclable, galvanised steel, Manta Lite is available in both powder-coated and uncoated finishes, ensuring long-term durability. Each unit connects securely using a removable steel pin, forming a continuous barrier system that can be easily reused across multiple projects.

A versatile barrier system

The strong, steel construction means that these barriers can be repositioned and reused as many times as your project requires. Manta barriers are made from long-lasting, recyclable galvanised steel, which is powder-coated to provide high visibility.

Each Manta barrier measures 1.5m x 42cm x 50cm – it’s rough as tall as it is wide. A removal steel pin connects each barrier to the next, to form a solid wall. An additional feature of the Manta barrier is that you can rotate units through 180° to accommodate right angles and bends. Common applications include defining pedestrian walkways and vehicle access, for example, to create a pit lane on construction sites or anywhere that requires the demarcation of vehicle traffic and footfall for people’s safety.

Delivery and installation

We offer a nationwide delivery and installation service. Manta Lite barriers are stacked and delivered on pallets of six units, which can be unloaded using a forklift. For further information on how to dismantle, move, stack and pack Manta barriers please see the product specification sheet.
