What is TVCB?
TVCB stands for Temporary Vertical Concrete Barrier, sometimes also called a V28 barrier. Each precast concrete block weighs approximately 2,500 kg, interlocks via high-tensile M24 bolts, and provides crash-tested protection in line with BS EN 1317 standards.

Installation Made Easy

1. Our delivery team positions the concrete TVCB blocks using professional lifting equipment.
2. Blocks are interlocked via M24 high-tensile bolts to form a solid barrier.
3. We slot in fence panel brackets into the pre-cut grooves on the barrier top.
4. Mesh fence panels (anti-climb) are secured firmly into the brackets with screws.
5. Once the job is done, we make removal just as simple; or coordinate with you if you prefer.

Nationwide delivery and install available; we handle everything, or we can deliver if you have your own team.

Buy-back option available, so when the barriers are no longer needed, we can take them back.
