Made from prime polyethylene, This is an excellent, reusable, heavy-duty construction water filled barrier system. Before being filled with water, the barrier weighs just 35 kg and so can be moved with relative ease. Once the barriers are filled their weight is increased to 400kg.
Wind tunnel tested and proven to withstand winds up to 72 mph (with or without mesh panels).

Ideal for pedestrian segregation, when safety and access are a priority, the pedestrian gate is necessary for both security and evacuation purposes. Supplied either framed or non-framed, the latter is often preferable as it doesn’t restrict the movement of long or tall materials onto site.
As many sites also require vehicular access, the RB2000 barrier system can accommodate this with a compatible vehicle gate, which can be rapidly installed, fixed to the existing barriers, and supported by its own 18kg thermoplastic rubber feet for extra stability.
The RB2000 Barrier has successfully passed MIRA wind testing with multiple Class A results.
On its own, the RB2000 can endure wind speeds of up to 72 mph. However, the barrier’s wind resistance can be further customized by adjusting the mesh level incorporated into the system. By varying the amount of mesh and solid panel hoarding used, you can tailor the solution to meet the specific wind load requirements of your site.
