Background

Our client was undertaking a high-value redevelopment of a town house in Selhurst, South London. To ensure the safety, security and privacy of the property during construction, they engaged our team to install perimeter construction site timber hoarding and secure vulnerable openings.

With the footprint of the redevelopment extending to the front of the property, a robust and visually tidy hoarding solution was required to protect the site, shield adjacent footpaths and maintain compliance with local planning and safety requirements.

Challenges

• Painting finish to all timber and ply elements – giving a clean, cohesive aesthetic that complemented the local streetscape and met client requirements.
