Our client sought a secure solution for an office building during the Christmas period, with a specific stipulation: no damage should be caused to the building’s exterior framework. The goal was to protect the openings of the building without affecting its external appearance or structure.
To meet this need, we suggested the installation of timber framing on the interior of the required openings. This would provide a secure anchor point to attach perforated steel sheeting without causing damage to the exterior framework. The framing was designed to fit snugly within the openings, offering both structural integrity and ease of removal once the project was complete.
Implementation:
Our client was extremely pleased with the final results. The installation was carried out efficiently, and the timber framing system met the requirements for securing the building without compromising the structure. After the initial project was completed, the client requested additional work: securing two interior windows inside separate rooms of the building. This request was promptly addressed, reinforcing the effectiveness of our solution.
